This is a non drug touch therapy approach for healing various ailments. It helps to relax the person, balance the energy flow, leading to healing and wholeness.Foot Reflexology helps to understand the reflex points and zones of various body organs on the feet. Pressure applied to the specific points on the feet stimulate energy flow to the related organs and improve its functions.
